Every commission begins with a picture you send us. It is uploaded from your device to our storage provider and kept for as long as we need it to paint your piece and to answer any question you raise about it afterwards. It is not listed, indexed or linked publicly.
We will not publish your reference image, or a photograph of your finished piece, unless you have ticked the box asking us to when you placed the order. You may withdraw that consent at any time and we will take the photographs down. You can also ask us to delete your reference image once your painting has arrived, and we will.
ordering over whatsapp
Orders are completed on WhatsApp rather than through a checkout on this website. Your phone number and the messages you send us therefore sit in that conversation, and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to it alongside this policy. We never collect card numbers, bank details or UPI credentials through this website.
your rights
